Black Stars coach, Chris Hughton has named Patrick Kpozo, Majeed Ashimeru and Joseph Wollacott in his 25-man squad for this month’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Angola.
The former Tottenham Hotspur manager, who took charge of the team last month, also included Edmund Addo of Spartak Subotica and Ransford Yeboah Königsdörffer.
Coach Hughton also recalled Belgium-based Joseph Paintsil (Genk) who missed last year’s FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
