Kudus to cost £40m

Suitors of Ghana’s talented midfielder, Mohammed Kudus, are expected to cough up about £40m to secure his services.

His relatively cheaper price tag is why journalist, Dean Jones, has suggested to Manchester United to stampede their effort in signing the 22-year-old.

Jones is of the opinion that the Eredivisie star is a cheaper and better option to Tottenham’s Harry Kane and  Napoli’s Victor Osimhen who’s value have been priced at £100m and £150m respectively.

Already the agent of the player, Jennifer Mendelewitsch, has hinted that now was the time for the Black Stars winger to leave Ajax.

“I think it is best for both Ajax and Mohammed that he makes a transfer now. Now is the right time,” said Mendelewitsch (via The Metro).

Kudus who once worked under Manchester United boss, Erik Ten Hag, at the Johanm Cruyff Arena has enjoyed an impressive campaign this season which has attracted interest from the Old Trafford club as well as other top clubs in the English Premier League.
