Fadious drops Yagye ft Frank Naro

IN July last year, Afro-Pop singer Kingsley Antepim known by the stage name Fadious led a campaign against sexual abuse of young girls with his song, Akonkodie.

The campaign which attracted huge media attention added some prominence to Fadious’ brand and it appears he is bent on keeping up with the momentum in 2023.

On Sunday, January 1, 2023, Fadious kicked off the year with Away Bus where touched on betrayal in the music industry.

It seems he intends to keep the drive smooth with the release of his new song, Yagye ft Frank Naro.

Produced by King Dee over Drill beats, Fadious and Frank Naro take turns to talk about their ‘grass to grace’ story where people disregarded them at the beginning of their career.

However, over time, they have taken ‘respected positions’ much to the disappointment of their ‘enemies’.

If you are a lover of Ghana’s Drill which is spearheaded by the well-known Asaaka Boys from Kumasi, then Yagye is a tune to vibe with. It plays well in the league of the popular Drill songs.

In an interview with Graphic Showbiz, Fadio

us said he had no doubts the song is going to do well particularly at a time when the music style has been recognised at this year’s Grammys.

“By God’s grace, my music career picked up last year and I can say this year is already going well for me. Yagye is my best tune yet and I’m grateful for the reception so far,” he stated.

Fadious believes in music for development can be beneficial to our society and the world at large.

The singer who projects high morality in his music released Akonkodie which features multiple-award-winning Ghanaian Highlife singer Kofi Kinaata.

The song touches on sexual abuse of female teenagers and expressed his gratitude for the support which made the campaign successful.
