Artiste manager and entertainment pundit, Nana Asiamah Hanson popularly known as Bullgod is not happy Ghanaian music duo, R2Bees and Efya have a strong relationship with Nigerian music star, Wizkid yet don’t get to share the spotlight with him on his international tours.
In a Facebook post on Saturday, July 29, Bullgod asked why R2Bees and Efya smoke, drink and chill with Wizkid anytime he was in Ghana but can’t join him on international stages to showcase their talents to the world.
Bullgod also expressed disappointment with how Ghanaian musicians are missing out on opportunities to sell their craft on huge international platforms,” he stated.
“So R2Bees and Efya will smoke, drink and chill with Wizkid anytime he’s in Ghana but can’t join him on international stages and showcase their talents to the world?
“Again Ghana missed out on national duties at the 62,850 capacity Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, yesterday.
“What is wrong with us?” Bullgod posted.
Once again, Nigerian music and artistes boosted their relevance on the international stage when Wizkid sold out the 62,850-capacity Tottenham Stadium last Saturday at his “More Love, Less Ego” concert.
The feat comes few weeks after Grammy award winning Nigerian singer Burna Boy also set the record as the first African artiste to sell out the 80, 000 capacity Olympics stadium in London.
Wizkid’s performance has also earned him the position of the first African artiste to sell out the 62,850-capacity Tottenham Stadium.
The Afrobeats star is reported to have treated the crowd that thronged stadium to an electrifying musical experience.
Ghana’s own King Promise and “Terminator” hitmaker who was part of the list of artistes also moved the crowd with his performance.

Nigeria’s Wande Coal also delivered mind-blowing performances of hits like “My Woman” and “Amorawa.”
In attendance were some big stars including Arsenal’s winger, Bukayo Saka, Everton’s Alex Iwobi and Nigerian singer, Seyi Vibes who came out to support one of their own.
