The track was produced, mixed, and mastered by Carl Shackleton, CEO and President of Ubuntu Enterprises LLC, USA.
It was written by Timothy Ramos III, Tafari Garcia, and Antwone Gabriele and Carl Shackleton. Recorded at House of Hitz Belize/Atlanta by Carl Shackleton.
