Black Sherif nominated in Best International Flow category at 2023 BET Awards

Renowned Ghanaian rapper, Black Sherif has earned another nomination in the Best International Flow category at this year’s 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards.

This is the second time the Kwaku Traveller hitmaker has been nominated in the prestigious awards scheme after losing out to France’s Benjamin Epps last year.

And this time around, Black Sherif, who’ s still celebrating his recent win at Headies awards will face a tough rivalry from the late AKA and K.O from South Africa, Zimbabwe’s Sampa The Great, Gazo from France, Central Cee and J Hus from the UK, Major Rd and Ninho from Brazil, and Tasha & Tracie, also representing Brazil.

The event is scheduled to take place in Atlanta on October 3, 2023, and promises to celebrate 50 years of hip-hop culture.

The young man from Asante-Akyem Konongo is certainly a huge inspiration for many young artistes.

In his few years on the music scene, Black Sherif, who is the reigning VGMA Artiste of the Year has made significant progress and continues to solidify his presence as a strong force in Ghana and beyond.

And being the only Ghanaian artistes nominated at this year’s BET Awards is a testament of his growing international relevance.
