In a dramatic turn of events at the Emirates, Arsenal delivered a stunning 3-1 victory over Manchester United, courtesy of two injury-time goals.
A rather uneventful first half suddenly burst into action after 27 minutes, as Marcus Rashford swiftly capitalized on a United counter-attack, emphatically finding the back of the net. However, their lead was short-lived, as Gabriel Martinelli quickly connected with Martin Odegaard, who unleashed a powerful shot to level the score just minutes later.
Controversy struck early in the second half when Arsenal believed they had earned a penalty as Kai Havertz tumbled in the box. Referee Anthony Taylor initially pointed to the spot but reversed his decision after a VAR review, following a visit to the pitchside monitor.
