Hon. Nicholas Amankwah Honors Promise to Education Sector During Independence Anniversary Celebration

As the nation commemorated its 67th Independence Anniversary, Hon. Nicholas Amankwah, Member of Parliament for Amenfi East, seized the occasion to reaffirm his dedication to serving his constituency. In a pivotal speech delivered during the celebrations, he reiterated his unwavering commitment to the betterment of his beloved constituency.

Many would recall Hon. Amankwah’s notable gesture during the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) period, where he distributed over 3000 mathematical sets to all BECE candidates in the municipality. Furthermore, he made a bold promise to reward the best-performing students and schools in the district.

Yesterday marked a significant milestone as Hon. Amankwah fulfilled his pledge despite facing formidable challenges. In a commendable act, he bestowed cash prizes upon the two best-performing students and presented a 42-inch TV to each of the best-performing schools. The recipients of these honors were Rabboni Junior High School and Asesansu Junior High School.

Reflecting on his consistent dedication over the years, Hon. Amankwah highlighted various initiatives aimed at supporting constituents, including the provision of essential materials such as cement, roofing sheets, desks, laptops, and cash from his office.

Hon. Nicholas Amankwah pledged to continue championing progress and development in Amenfi East, ensuring a legacy of prosperity for both current and future generations.
“With your support, will continue to champion progress and development in Amenfi East for this and generations to come” he assured.
